  Of the 3 Checkatrade traders I asked for a quote - Mark was the only one that provided a written quote for felt and BUTL rubber. He responded to questions I raised about adding thermal panels under a BUTL rubber roof lining as recomended by Energy Saving Trust - giving me advice and then re-quote sent promptly. Agreed a date to carry out the work - was communicating when I checked about weather and replaced my roof covering in less than a day and all left tidy. Good job and competent tradesman - would recommend.
