Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable.

On new years eve we requested assistance with a 20 year old boiler that had starting leaking. We got a reply from West Kent Heating to our request on the same day. A new boiler was fitted within a week and our house is nice and warm again. The engineers were very friendly, provided helpful advice, and left everything clean when they left.

Excellent service in all areas. Would thoroughly recommend this Company. The two installation guys were great and very professional.

I recently had my old thermostat replaced with a new SMART thermostat which was recommended by Gary. When the work was completed it was done quickly, and for a reasonable price compared to others i had looked at. I would definitely recommend and will now use them for all future plumbing.

Gary is definitely someone I felt I could trust. Very pleasant on the phone and knew the problem was likely to be with my programmer when I phoned (unlike the first person I called who said I would probably need a new boiler). Arrived when he said he would and explained everything clearly. Replaced with an upgraded programmer and serviced the boiler. I highly recommend Gary for all kinds of boiler maintenance and repairs.
