The lock on my patio door had broken and it was very difficult to find a direct replacement Mr Graves searched many trade sources in order to locate a suitable replacement and was good in explaining what he was trying to achieve

With the door in the closed position Paul quickly identified a broken part within the multi-lock gearbox and was determined to free to open without damaging the door. He comprehensively explained each plan of action before proceeding to successfully free the mechanism to open the door without damage that we were very grateful for. He identified and fitted a replacement gearbox. Throughout the process Paul was most diligent, professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and determined. We highly recommend his services.
