I am a very satisfied customer. Paul was able to diagnose the problems with my double glazed door lock and separately a window lock. Both being installed many years ago by a Double Glazing firm no longer in business. Spare parts therefore no longer available. Paul was able to resolve the problem with an alternative solution which saved me a considerable expense replacing the units. I would thoroughly recommend this very knowledge and very friendly locksmith.

Fast and efficient repair of fixed interior door

Paul was brilliant. Very prompt responding to my initial enquiry and arranged a visit to my property to assess the problem with the lock. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and even charged me less than originally quoted because it took him less time than estimated. How refreshing! Five star service on every level.
