Horrendous experience all round. The boiler was installed without a magnetic descaler making it illegible for warranty if anything happened. System not flushed. Toilet tank not attached to the wall. I was basically verbally abused when enquiring about the missing descaler and had to get another plumber to finish the job. That's when I was made aware that the boiler flue is not sealed making it dangerous and it does not meet safety regulations and standards. Never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism, rudeness and foul attitude. Avoid at all costs.
