Growing concerns
On 30 April I paid 50% deposit (£6200) for work on the external maintenance on a building on 5 July.I rang Dan Shanahan on 24 July to confirm the date and said he would get back the next day.He didn't and then said he would get back over the weekend 26/27 July but didn't.Growing concerned, I checked his company on Companies House, which showed there was an Active proposal to strike off suspended.My wife and I rang him at 20:30 on 27 July and put these concerns to him, to which he replied to my wife with foul language.

Painted house outside and replaced guttering. Also cleaned the drive
Dan and his crew were a joy to have around the house (socially distanced of course). The standard of work was fabulous, their attention to detail was second to none and I can highly recommend them. I am so confident in their abilities that you can call me and I will personally tell how good they are.
