rarely in my 5 decades of working experience have I been so grateful, impressed and inspired by the work of both Marius and Mark from West London Pest Control. Not only was our vermin infestation dealt with rapidly and expertly and with 100% effectiveness, but a subsequent bed bug situation that required urgent attention in 3 properties on opposite sides of London, was also attended to professionally, courteously and efficiently. I can not recommend these people highly enough.

Mark attended at short notice and explained the cost, the treatment and the approach really clearly. He spent a long time investigating and helping to clear the issue. He returned as part of the package and spent a considerable amount of time checking and clarifying what the issue was between mine and next doors property. The service is excellent value for money, really professional and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. Having dealt with other companies previously Mark is a breath of fresh air and really good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Mark was fantastic when helping fix a small rat issue we had. He was incredible knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure he had assessed and filled any spaces they could have been getting in. For the price and how quick, thorough and responsive they were I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Mark is a total professional. He came out quickly to assess my concerns, and confirmed that a squirrel was entering the roof space. He set up immediate measures and came back to review progress. He kept thorough documentation and liaised with me by email. The rodent was trapped and disposed. We had a squirrel issue in our roof and contacted Mark. He provided a clear quote, explained the work, sealed entry points, and set traps. On his second visit, he removed the squirrel and checked everything thoroughly. He’s friendly, professional, and made sure the roof was fully secure. Highly recommend!
