Nicholas was knowledgeable, straightforward and no fuss. He listened to our requests, patiently explained how (or how not) it could be done. And the result is quite a tidy installation that exactly fits where we had wanted it to fit. Though probably more coincidence, after we had accepted his quote, he was able to do it the next day. In any case, after seeing several other quotes, Nicholas was simply the obvious choice.

Absolutely fantastic service from Nicholas at West London Water softeners. He came to have a look at our piping before confirming what was possible, giving us a variety of options when the plumbing layout wasn't as simple as we thought. Nicholas's communication throughout was excellent, he didn't try any pushy sales techniques just gave us all the information and let us make a decision. His prices were extremely reasonable, the work carried out quickly and so neatly that aside from the actual water softener, you couldn't even tell he had been here! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Nick recently installed a TwinTec water softener for us. From the initial enquiry, to the home visit to assess the options, to the actual installation, the whole experience was both efficient and effective. Nick is clearly an expert on what he does and I would happily recommend him to others. Two months in and the stone installed is working very well and we are very pleased.

Nicholas provided exceptional service when installing our Twintec S4 water softener. He was very friendly and professional throughout the process. Despite needing to dismantle the back of our kitchen sink unit, he reassembled it even better than before. The installation was very neat, and he left the area spotless. Highly recommended!

Another water softener company recommended 2 other company installers to me as they do not over my area. I decided to choose Nicholas as he lives in London. I spoke to him on the phone and agreed with the price for a new Twintec Cobalt water softener to replace my old one. He is a nice guy and friendly. He is also professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy and punctual. He is a brilliant water softener installer and did a fantastic job.
