They contacted me via both WhatsApp and text to make sure I had received my quote, which I thought was a really nice touch. Once I accepted the quote, they kept me updated about the collection and even gave me a call when I was the next collection, so I knew exactly when to expect them. The two gentlemen who collected my sofa were both incredibly kind, friendly and polite, and the whole process was quick, professional and completely hassle-free.
