Arfan was quick to respond and was thorough in attempting to fix my problem. Whilst it wasn’t fully fixed, he did recommend solutions and provided some products to support the problem.

  Well done Arfan

Both engineers who came to the property were knowledgeable regarding the work to be carried out. They were very polite and respectful. From inspecting the work to be carried out to installation was only a couple of days

  Window hinge replacement

Arfan did a great job replacing the hinge on my bedroom window. He arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently and respectfully! He was able to complete the work the same day and for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend

  Window Hinge Replacement

Great experience from start to finish. The repair was completed very quickly and looks fantastic. I was particularly impressed that an issue was noticed with the porch door and, without hesitation, it was fixed for us before leaving. That extra attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I would definitely use them again for any future window or door repairs and would highly recommend their service.

Helpful and cost effective solutions for preserving the life of double glazing.

Arfan was very helpful with a suggestion which meant a lot less work, expense and so the door still matched its other door with the seal. We were impressed with his professionalism. In addition he completed a repair which meant new seals to a much older window which has preserved the life of a window which is approaching 30 years old. We will replace it in the future but it is weatherproof for this winter. We have already noticed the difference to the rooms involved. Would definitely use again.
