It was an absolute pleasure to meet Terry. Great guy, very professional, reliable, great communication skills, and genuinely nice bloke. And not rip off rates! I would definitely recommend him, it gets no better.

Terry did an outstanding job replacing two faulty parts in our Vaillant boiler that were causing a leak. His expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. We couldn’t recommend him or West Street Plumbers highly enough!

Our heating system broke down, but Terry turned out to have a look at it within a few hours. He turned up when he said he would and was extremely helpful. Found the problem, dealt with it all within two hours. He provided an excellent service for us. I cannot fault it.

Terry was very helpful, making every effort to come and help restore heating during cold spell. He was able to diagnose the problem effectively and quickly sourced and replaced a part that was malfunctioning. Would very happily have Terry round again for any plumbing work - I’ve already identified something I can get him back to do.

They worked efficiently, paid close attention to every detail, and kept everything spotless throughout. Their pricing was very fair, especially for the high quality of their work. The finished bathroom looks amazing, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services!
