Had my old boiler replaced with a new one in a new location of my choosing requiring new pipework in cramped locations in the attic. Jon and his colleague gave me great confidence that they could do what I asked for. They worked hard and professionally to deliver a great result, completing all the work in one day.

Through a recommendation I asked West Sussex Heating Limited to quote for a new boiler. Jon provided me with excellent guidance and advice on boiker selection. We went with Wircester Bosch. It was evident that he had considerable experience in gas installations. The quote was what I was expecting, so I agreed to go ahead. Jon and Tyrone were highly professional in installing the new boiler. They worked really hard and had the whole system up and running in a day. They were very personable guys as well and worked with minimal disruption abd no fuss. I thoroughy recommend West Sussex Heating.

Jon and the team worked incredibly hard from the moment they arrived on day 1 of our works - a complex complete replacement of a 30 year old boiler and hot water cylinder while trying to also make the most of a new water main we had to have installed. Jon and his entire team’s work ethic is second to none and everything is planned in detail. Excellent service from start to finish. Courteous friendly service. Answered all my questions. Arrived on time on the day. All went smoothly and sorted out some additional jobs with radiators for me. The company replaced a very old gas boiler in the house (a 3-bed semi) The job was completed in a day, faster than expected and everything was left clean and tidy with no mess at all. The plumber was friendly, polite and informative throughout. He fixed a few broken bits of pipe and radiator bleed valve at no extra charge. His rate was very competitive. I would thoroughly recommend using him.
