10 Gas Boiler Installation

Emergency bank holiday boiler replacement
I had a water supply issue which led to my boiler being decommissioned the day before the Easter bank holiday, and was told I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to do it for 4 days. Matt contacted me, managed to find a boiler and came round the next day to fit it, at a reasonable price. He was professional prompt and saved our weekend. I would recommend him to anyone! Good professional work, with easy to deal with engineers
I've used Matt and the team for three jobs so far: dealing with a problem on my boiler, servicing the boiler and installing a drinking water filter system. Three different people (including Matt the first time). All very very pleasant to deal with and did a very thorough job each time. Didn't have to tell them to take shoes off in the house (shows real consideration for customers). No issues at all with their work or attitude. Fitted new boiler part.
Returned from holiday to find water dripping from ceiling below boiler. investigation found leaking secondary expansion vessel on our Potterton combi boiler. Spoke to West Sussex Plumbing at around 10am and they located the part needed and were round to replace the part and stop the leak by 11am, job finished by around 12noon. Can't ask better than that! Great service and customer experience.
Adrian replaced our old boiler in the loft today, and we are really pleased with the whole experience. He made sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to explain how the new control panel works. He left the area clean and tidy and was extremely polite and friendly throughout. Installing combi boiler to replace old system and removing old water tank, extending outside flue

Fix shower thermostatic controls
We had Izzy round to replace some thermostatic cartridges in 2 showers today. Unfortunately the supplier had listed the wrong parts on their site, however Izzy was able to restore one of the originals to working order (regrettably the 2nd was beyond repair). As a number of reviewers here and on Google Reviews have already said, colleagues from West Sussex Plumbing are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Communication was excellent and I really felt that Izzy was determined to do all he could to sort things for us.
