Avoid this company will only let you down
Started out alright paid for stairlift but had to wait a few months before it was fitted not long after it started playing up take into account this is still under warranty have tried to get it repaired but no joy we have rang the company loads of times and only spoken to answering machine they have not responded and we have had to get someone else to try and fix so I don’t recommend this company at all stay well clear

Install a new chair lift
We would highly recommend West Sussex Stairlifts. Liam is very professional knowedgeable and friendly. The service is first rate, he was quick to respond when we called, very reliable, and flexible to adapt to the working environment around him. Overall an excellent service.

Old stairlift removed and new on fitted.
The stairlift had to be built by the makers before installation. This was the longest wait.

Supplied and fitted New Stairlift
WSSL made every effort to supply and fit the stairlift as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. It is a neat and tidy unit and we look forward to using it for many years to come.

Emergency call out to investigate a non working stair lift
What a fantastic service. Urgent call at 11am to see if he could fit my great aunt in. Such fantastic service as he managed to get round same day as he was concerned about her not being able to go to bed. Lovely person who really did care and sorted out the problem ASAP .... thank you so much Would highly recommend
