  Amazing service! I needed work carried out with very short notice & Westway Ltd came to my rescue. Exceptional communication throughout. Service man was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy & efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you for all your help. Highly Recommend 5*****

  Gavin came over within a couple of days of my request to give me a quote for drain unblocking, jet clearing, basin unblocking, gutter clearing and capping off an old vent. He was really informative and spotted another problem we had with a leaky toilet. He was back a few days later to complete the job. When working on the toilet they discovered it was more of a problem than initially thought, but fixed it/ replaced parts without adding extra to the cost. He and his colleague were really polite, quick, and cleaned up after themselves really well. I'd definitely book Gavin again!!

  I can’t speak highly enough of Westway. Efficient service from their office for booking, followed up with email confirmation. Gavin was punctual and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Explained what was needed for the drainage system at the property, both to resolve a blockage and the work required to bring up to standard. Would not hesitate to use Westway again.

  Westway were subcontracted by ANSA Drainage to find and fix a domestic supply pipe. ANSA charged £624 up front and told us 'good news, you are booked for 08,00 to 12,00 and the driver will phone ahead'. When Gavin arrived we had had to cancel an eightieth birthday party. He had not been told about the times or phoning us. He met a very angry octogenarian lady politely, and did the job very well indeed. All praise to Gavin, the Boss. None at all to the agents who took commission.

  A reliable gutter cleaning service

  Westway Drainage Ltd responded quickly to my Checkatrade search for companies that offer house gutter cleaning. Their quote was acceptable and two personable young men arrived on site at the prescribed date/time and proceeded to clear and jet wash my gutters, which were generally choked with moss etc. They kept me informed of progress. The whole job took 2 hours (for a detached 4 bedroom house). They reported back to me at the end. My subsequent invoice was in line with the quote and included a number of before and after photos of the job. They left the site clean and tidy. Excellent!
