    Quick response to my enquiry online and phoned to find out my problem. Then agreed a time to attend the same day and kept to his offered time slot. Took a look at the aerial and due to it being a communal Ariel issue and advised to contact the managing agent and in the he suggested I tried the Freesat option through my TV which provided me with an option to watch TV.

    We had weak Tv signal on some channels for some time, posted the job on Saturday afternoon and Collin called within the hour and came next morning (Sunday). Checked it all out, gave me a few options and then went ahead there and then. He seems to have everything he is likely to need in his van. All done in a few hours, and a very pleasant man. Highly recommended.

    Colin was brilliant, what I was expecting is just a quick test of the aerial system to then be given a quote for work later on. He was able to just get it sorted then and there, brilliant. TV all back up and running and working properly and was also kind enough to remove an ugly old sky dish from the front of the building whilst he was here, brilliant service just what you want turn up, get the job done and leave the customer happy, perfect.

    I rang on Sunday lunchtime and the engineer was at my house Monday afternoon. He understood the nature of the problem and quickly replaced the LNB and repaired the faulty cable. Highly recommend.
