Window cleaning.

I hired Wez Tyrell to clean my windows once every two months. On his first visit he did a very good job. On the scheduled second visit he did not turn up, he did not explain why and did not apologise. It is now four months later and he has not been back. I sent three polite messages as I wished to keep his custom. Although his work was very good, his customer service is extremely poor and for that reason I would NOT recommend.

Rubbish waste of time, said he was coming to do it arranged date and time, then he ghosted and didn't contact or respond to multiple messages. Not worthy and untrustworthy, dont bother choosing him.

The directions given to turn down a road next to a shop that does not exist means that I was unable to locate the house as the directions where misleading.
