Alex was exceptionally helpful. He got in touch straight away after we were let down by someone else. He was honest about pricing, timings and availability. He was punctual and extremely communicative, letting us know everyday what had been completed and sending videos of the works - very useful as we were not yet living in the property. Alex also went out of his way to help us with other aspects of the work, liaising with other workmen, neighbours, and advising us on works beyond electrics. Even taking in parcels and packages for us! I could not recommend Alex enough.

Alex was brilliant from the start. Highly recommend. Nothing was an issue for him. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Alex responded quickly to my job submission. We discussed how the work would be carried out. He arrived on schedule, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.

Alex was able to diagnose and repair my underfloor heating in one visit. He explained each step of the diagnostic process and explained all the components he was working on. Alex was super friendly and I will definitely be going straight to WF Electricial Installations for future jobs.
