Absolutely thrilled with the work done on our stair rail! It has been fitted securely and with great attention to detail. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the end result has exceeded our expectations. The carpenter was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. We now feel much safer and more confident using the stairs. Highly recommend their services an outstanding job well done!

Our staircase was installed faultily (new build) and was falling apart to the point of being dangerous. We’d contacted several tradesmen & had conflicting advice so we were relieved when James came to take a look and gave us clear guidance as to what was wrong and what needed to be done. He gave us a couple of options based on cost, explaining the pros and cons of each, and when we decided to proceed he booked it in quickly and kept in touch. We are just thrilled with the job done - the new stairs look & feel great, and they took great care to keep everything tidy. We’d highly recommend!

James was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. He was reliable, punctual and did an amazing job of replacing our external french doors with an internal bifold door. It wasn’t an easy job but he knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results! We would definitely recommend James and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

We wanted bespoke floor to ceiling wardrobes, as well as a bar and media fireplace wall made in our new home. James communicated throughout the process regarding timelines and finishes, upfront with costings and always adaptable for any changes on design we wanted to make. The completed project was professional and precise, the level of detail is amazing.
