We highly recommend Whickham Plumbing and Heating Services. They've replaced 2 boilers for us - one Worcester and one Baxi. Each time, there has been an exceptionally high standard of service, supported by the team at the office. Whickham Plumbing is a family firm and we're delighted to support David and his team.

Came on time and the same day fitted a new boiler and two new radiators - a few days later came back and fitted new toilet and shower. It was all quick and painless.

So unbelievably helpful - I rang first thing on Monday morning, they were out that day to look at the boiler, ended up needed a whole replacement, gave me sensible advice and came back to start the installation that afternoon! All done and dusted by lunchtime on Tuesday! Great communication from all the staff and the new boiler is great! Could not recommend this company enough, amazing service and felt reassured throughout the whole process!

13 year old boiler needed repairing, but costs could be in the region of £350- £500 so decided to replace with new Baxi boiler that has its parts more excessible in case of future faults compared to Worcester boiler I previously had. Came out Tuesday and fitted on the Friday.

Can I pass on my thanks to Callum who has done a brilliant job, He was so very pleasant and it was such a pleasure to have him doing the job , He even asked for the hoover to clean up the little mess that he made durring the instalation .
