Boiler repair
Came to look at repair on boiler , left me with no heating or hot water , said it was dangerous cause drip was hitting wiring , all they wanted was for me to get new boiler installation …. I then got another heating engineer who I normally use , he took casing off boiler said drip wasn’t hitting wiring, so got water and heating back on . My engineer also said he hadn’t even screwed casing of boiler back on correctly. All they wanted a quick sale of a new boiler . New boiler
We found that the boiler was leaking and called Whickham Plumbing and Heating at 9 in the morning. They were out to inspect it by 11.30 and a new boiler was installed by 3pm. You can’t get better service than that!Verified reviewerJob location: NE1610 Posted 18 October 2023
Service and replace boiler
These guys are excellent. Booked a boiler service which I half knew was beyond repair. The manager arranged and replaced the boiler within 5 hours. The lads were more than courteous and helpful. Restored central heating and hot water after frozen system shut down all power!
