Drawing up plans for wrap around extension to house and submitting application for planning permission and building control
An excellent service from Tom. He drew up initial plans and then amended them to taken into account our updated ideas. Application for planning permission went remarkably smoothly.Building control plans were amended to take account of comments from BCO. The plans enabled builders to submit reliable bids and ensured that we were able to check that the builders was complying with the required specs and obtain BCO clearance. Tom was very helpful and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for professional plans prior to having building work done.

Designed an extension and all the work which is involved with getting the planning permission from the local council.
Professional company, really pleased with the service provided. The process and fees were explained from the initial consultation. We were regularly updated.
