Excellent service

Excellent - wouldn't now want to use anyone else
Brilliant experience with Nico - he's reliable, courteous, efficient, clear and very reasonably priced (compared to other plumbing work we've had done recently). He fixed a leak efficiently and quickly and was good enough to stay and answer questions we had about other plumbing issues in our house. It is evident that he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. His customer service is excellent - he responded quickly to my initial query, came when he said he would with the parts needed (he asks for photos of the problem so he can come prepared). Boiler repair
Nico was very helpful and considerate. On his first communication via text, he asked me to consider whether the problem was perhaps just a faulty valve: a much cheaper fix than my suggestion of a faulty expansion vessel that needed to be replaced. (Turned out to be a terminally damaged heat exchange...what do I know). Communicated and explained what he was doing as he went, and explained costs and sought agreement before moving forward. Fixed my toilet and boiler

Fixing leaky tap
Great communication, wonderful service, fair prices. Can’t say enough good things about Nico. He went above and beyond showing us how to shut off the water in case of emergency. He was efficient and did a great job installing a new tap for us which now works perfectly.Full price was less than the call out charge from other companies. My name is Nico Sabatini. I am a Gas Safe and Watersafe registered plumber and gas engineer based in Battersea SW11. I carry out most domestic and small commercial plumbing and heating jobs, from leak detection and repair to radiator install and troubleshooting to full bathroom and kitchen renovations.
I think good communication with my customers is vital and I do my best to be responsive and clear when discussing options and solutions to the problem. I always ask people to send photos/ videos of the issue and discuss options in advance. This also helps allocate the right amount of time, and helps me turn up with all necessary parts and materials which makes for a quicker and more efficient service.
I am an Associate Member of CIPHE (Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering), I hold a City and Guilds L2 Plumbing Diploma and NVQ, I am Gas Safe, Watersafe registered and G3 Unvented qualified (for work on hot water systems).
