  Great service throughout from the ease of getting the initial quote all the way to receiving the survey two weeks later. I really felt the surveyor, Krish, took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. Will definitely use them again.

  Home Buyers Survey

  The owner of the property reported that the Surveyor turned up on time and was very polite. The feedback from the surveyor was very detailed and helpful, while the report was provided sooner than was expected and again very detailed. The surveyor was more than happy for me to contact them again if I needed further information and would also be prepared to speak with any builders directly about the work that was advised.

  Homebuyers report and valuation

  We had an homebuyers report they missed a 9 foot crack in external wall and the things in the surrounding area which proved they never went near that side of the house. A leak detection company came out and scanned the wall and found out that the crack had been there several years and rain water had damaged the floors they refused liabilty first they said the bins were in the way then they said it was a design feature and laughed at us down the phone when told my family have mental health problems and this as made my family worse my kids had to up there medication for anxiety and my wife

  I'm really pleased with Whitehorse surveyors. They booked me an appointment within two weeks. They visited the property and within one day I had the report. Everyone I spoke to were really kind and helpful, real professionals. I would definitely recommend them.
