Unblocking a domestic drain in the backyard
It was a very positive experience dealing with this company. I spoke to Dulcie in the office who was super-efficient explaining the pricing and sending me a quote by email. She also kept me informed on the arrival time of the crew, which is always helpful. Within a couple of hours Andy and Neil were at the house. They were professional and clearly experienced, and did a great job unblocking the drain. They explained what the problem had been and what future issues we might have with a very old drain. I would highly-recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future i

Unblocking and CCTV of drains
Great service! I called the morning after noticing my drains were overflowing and they were with me in the afternoon. All very polite, professional and got the job done quickly. I also received the CCTV report back within a few days.

Foul odour coming from drains
Late tuesday afternoon we began to smell a very awful smell coming from our drains and the water flow draining was very slow. Called Whitkirks and they were out the following day investigating and solving the issue. THANK YOU ! Professional service.

Toilet drain unblocking
First time using Whitkirks and I can't express how efficient, quick and tidy the engineer was. We have 3 young children and both work from home so having a blocked toilet wasn't great. Friday morning emergency call out and they were with us within 2 hours! Thanks again guys, highly recommend.
