Phil was very helpful in assessing our fire door and offering advice on how best to proceed. He didn't push us into paying to have the door replaced and instead contacted the block manager to advise that the suggested amendments didn't seem necessary. I appreciated his helpful and honest approach and he is also a great communicator.
