Ciaran was quick to quote and very responsive to further queries. we quickly set a time and date and he advised he would call an hour before the time of the job. He advised that he required a £25 deposit as he'd had late cancellations before. As he was on checkatrade I trusted him to be reliable. He made no contact with us after deposit was taken, I messaged him about 20 minutes before the job but no reply. He has ignored every call and WhatsApp message we have sent. A warning to others, do not trust him and whatever you do, do not pay him before he completes the job satisfactorily.

This company is excellent they came when they said they would and the job was done in no time would recommend them
