Do not recommend!
AT FIRST........ He answers the phone for the first initial inquiry right away and shows up promptly afterwords! BUT......... I've called 3 times in the past 3 days, wrote messages on both what's app and text, left voicemail 's and he doesn't return phone calls! It's been almost a MONTH AFTER he's taking the measurements, etc, etc! Re pointing patio slabs and refining loose slabs
Mr Peter’s attended our property to quote for the job after expressing interest via check a trade. He then agreed a start date if 22nd August.Old pointing was removed from patio from two levels and re pointing and fixing of loose slabs followed. Unfortunately the pointing mortar has never set, it remains soft, cracking and loose and in turn is causing loosening of surrounding slabs. It’s also unsightly, as it’s not settled. We paid in full the day after completion of work. The condition of the mortar has worsened with time. Installed a side gate.
