First floor extension and internal remodelling.
This is the second extension we have done with Wilco. They are exceptionally friendly, accommodating and tidy during the work. They use high quality sub contractors for electrical and roofing work. Wall knocked down to make downstairs open-plan, breakfast bar removed, new spotlights installed, all made good, decorated and new floor laid.
Steve and his colleagues were always cheerful, helpful and willing to discuss options and alternatives readily. Their work was of a very high quality and we are delighted with the final result. 25M2 Single Storey Extension
We've been very pleased by our experience with Wilco Builders. Steve, Kev and the team have built us a great extension, and the experience throughout the project was excellent. They were always available on the phone as needed both before and during the project, they took on a number of jobs which weren't in the original spec without lifting the price. 2 storey extension.
I cannot recommend Wilco Builders enough. We have experienced a number of builders over the years, and these guys are by far the best. Reasonably priced, but most importantly they did not change the price half way through. I felt they did a thorough and accurate quote for us, therefore they did not need to change it. Everyone that works for Wilco Builders is very friendly, courteous and respectful. Their work was completed pretty much on time and to a very good standard. Demolition of a conservatory, building an extension and the integration of this new space with existing kitchen area. The latter needed to be fully gutted with new heating and electrics throughout.
We feel very fortunate that we found Wilco builders. Steve and Kevin take such pride in the quality of their work and always try and keep you informed as the work progresses. Despite the snow, our kitchen was fitted exactly when Steve said it would be when the project started. We are already recommending them to our friends and these builders are worth waiting for.
