  Ground works, general build extension and renovation to our house

  Phil came to our rescue when our builder went AWOL. He completed the ground works with no hesitation. We were in a very tricky situation and decided to manage the project ourself. Phil went on and completed the extension (back and side) including installing the steel. Without Phil’s help and expertise we would not have been able to complete our project. We can not recommend Phil enough. We will definitely use him for any future work we might need.

  foundation for replacement shed

  Phil and his colleague worked amazingly hard to complete this job, which involved barrowing concrete over a long distance. A good job done professionally.

  Laying a base for a shed

  Phil and his colleague came as planned and worked incredibly hard all day, to complete the job. This involved barrowing all the concrete over a long distance to the rear of the garden - which they succeeded in doing without any complaint. A professional job, with shuttering, membrane, mesh etc spec. Have provided a great base, at a reasonable price. Would certainly use Phil's company again.

  Decking

  He was supposed to do the decking and small bits around the decking, like to put a brick wall around the flower bed, deal with a damp course around the garage and etc... all the materials were on the site except sand and cement. He asked us to pay upfront £4.440 and we did it.... After 3 days of his cowboy work we made a tough decision to fire him... No real skills in carpentry or bricklaying! The quality of work is slobby and wonky, very unprofessional. I wish I could attach pictures of his work but unfortunately Checkatrade does not allow to do it for reviews, only for trades. NO MONEY BACK!

  Customer contacted myself to take over from a previous builder, I felt that they were advising us to carry out works in an unorthodox manner, upon advising we also where asked to leave site, we offered refund and left site clean.

  Completion of garden project

  Phil and his team saved our garden and home Project after we had been left with half finished work by a different supplier. Phil not only completed the work, but finished it to a standard I didn’t even know possible and really exceeded our expectations and desires. The work was quoted for, delivered professionally and we will never use any other than Phil and the team. We are already discussing the next project with him
