Roof repairs on my bungalow
Joe Wilkins did two repair jobs on my bungalow roof in April/May this year, the first to stop rainwater coming down the chimney breast and appearing in my lounge wall and discolouring it , the second to scrape off by hand all the large amounts of moss that had accumulated over many years. I was very pleased with the quality of his work which was thorough and neat. His quotes were reasonably priced so that I had no hesitation in accepting them. I could tell that he is an experienced and competent tradesman who knows what he is doing when it comes to roof maintenance.Job location: TN3910 Roofer

Chimney and fence repairs
Joe Wilkins has successfully done some repair work to the brickwork and flashing of my chimney to prevent leaks. He has also worked on a fence to the side of my property; it is now sturdy, with posts set in concrete and any rotten posts replaced. He has also added extra horizontal posts in order to strengthen the fence. Joe finished by giving it 2 coats of paint and i am thrilled with the result. Joe Wilkins has amassed over 37 years of experience, having started his career as a roofer in 1979, and began trading as 'Wilkins and Sons Roofing' 20 years later in 1999, where he has been providing his roofing services to customers ever since.
Much of Joe's work comes from recommendations and repeat customers off of the back of quality work he performs.
He takes on all jobs of many sizes, and no job is too small - whether it be a slipped tile or cleaning gutters.
Joe offers free estimates to all, is covered by way of public liability insurance, welcomes inspection of work at any time. East Sussex Trading Standards approved and DBS checked.
Most work undertaken will also be guaranteed for a period after completion, and no payment (made via cash or bank transfer) is taken until the work is completed.
