Beyond brilliant. Initially, I was reluctant to use Will because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past with tradesmen increasing the price when they arrive but I’m so glad I took the “risk”! He identified the problem immediately and repaired it in about 45 minutes. He even checked out the rest of the garden lights without me even asking. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Super lovely guy as well!

William was great, kept us updated on when he was going to arrive. Friendly and polite. He changed 3 pendant light for us and did a great job as they weren’t the most straightforward pendants. We would definitely recommend him

From the quoting / booking in process to the job itself, it was all very well done and Will went above and beyond to explain the work undertaken and was happy to take on a couple of additional smaller 'fixes'. Couldn't recommend the company more highly...

Will and his team did an excellent job. They worked hard and completed the job swiftly and were thoroughly competent, tidy, professional, helpful and friendly throughout. I would happily use them again.
