I received a speedy response for my job request..i was contacted immediately and spoke to a very helpful man on the phone..he requested photos of my smoke alarms so he could quote me for the job..and the job was carried out the next day..very happy with the service I received.

Jamie was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He recommended replacing the back up battery too as it was 11 yrs old and if it failed would cause the alarm to trigger. He carried out the work and thoroughly tested the system before he left. I would definitely use William Hale again and recommend them.

Excellent customer service and care, from the moment I contacted William Hale. Very clear and detailed price structure with no surprises. The appointment was made in no time and on the day, the engineer contacted me to advise his arrival time. All work was carried out professionally and efficiently, explaining to me at various times what needs to be donevto fix the problem. Th engineer conducted a full test 2-3 times to make sure that the system was back in good working order before he left. Highly recommended.
