Rob attended our house on 3 occasions and was exemplary every time. The initial visit involved a routine boiler service and radiator balance which ended with our boiler being shut down due to a faulty flue cap fitted by a previous company. Rob returned the next day, as promised, with the correct cap and everything worked perfectly. He had noted a leaking water tank which, again, having sourced the appropriate parts, he returned and fixed. Superb service and would recommend without hesitation

Plumber arrived on time. Courteous and friendly. What he doesn't know about boilers I don't think has been invented! I'd been without a working boiler for a few days. He fitted a new boiler for me + removed the old one at a very reasonable price. He went through the instructions with me and left me with a lovely warm home. I can't praise/thank him enough.

Great service overall. Following the service the pressure in the boiler dropped a cpuple of times over the weekend. Rang at 8.30 Monday morning and the engineer came back that afternoon and replaced a part. I will definitely go back if any other issues arise.

Fantastic service, excellent timekeeping and everyone who came to sour house did a wonderful job. The house has never been warmer and they did a great job tidying up afterwards - I wouldn't ever use anyone else for heating, plumbing or gas safety work. Andrew did a stand out job answering all our questions too and wouldn't leave till everything was perfect - fantastic.

Quick response to request, came within 2 days at the time I requested. Very through, competatively priced and courteous work. Would highly recommend.

Good value for money, even took my old cooker away. The 2 that attended were pleasant and helpful. Would use again.
