I paid £1850 to this company. Every time he asked for more payments they were transferred to him within minutes. The job should’ve taken 7 day’s max, instead it took nearly 4 weeks. The excuses for arriving late/leaving early or not showing up at all ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous. The lack of tools and equipment for a “handyman” was outrageous,, no hammer/stepladders/spirit level/no charger for electric drill /incorrect screws for tarmac, etc, etc. In the end we just wanted the job done and him gone. 4 months on and all work is falling apart/splitting/loose/can’t close gate.

Would highly recommend Mark and won't hesitate to call on his services again. He carried out the work I needed quickly and can't fault the quality of his work either. Very friendly, approachable, communication from the start was great. Thank you for your help!
