Roof repairs
Williams Builders are my GO To first choice for my works and property maintenance. Being local and reliable, and honest upfront. They have carried out a lot of work for us here over the past two years now, from small jobs to block paved playground, roofing, drainage, ceilings, upvc doors and booked in for other jobs coming up.

To reinstate the water supply into a new building erected at a local Girlguiding campsite.
After demolishing a previous building and replacing with a new construction the water supply needed to be reconnected.

Confirmed where all electrical sockets were to be placed in the new kitchen. Plans identified some sockets but additional ones required for equipment planned for the kitchen design.

Building a new Kitchen facility at a local Girlguiding campsite.
Excellent standard of work throughout and so helpful with recommendations regarding the layout of the new building to maximise the space. A new concrete base was laid to accommodate the new building. The building materials were of a high standard and have produced an absolutely stunning and practical building. Nothing was too much trouble and the facility will impress anyone using the campsite in the future.

Maintenance
I have used Williams Builders for a number of years, I called them in late one night because of a water leak, Barry was helpful and resolved the problem very quickly, always clean, tidy and very respectful to me and my home. I would not go any where else.

Cleared out gutter, sealed along edge of flat roof. Also cleared diwnpipe
This company is so efficient and extremely fair with pricing. Worked to suit my needs and very friendly. Took photos to show me before and after the job . Even though they were busy they fitted me in . I cannot fault them.
