Unfinished extension
Job is unfinished. Builder says he'll be back to do work and doesn't turn up or communicate. Started small extension on Nov 4th 2019. Was 10weeks behind before lockdown. Every excuse given. He has received £10000± and we've paid all materials and subcontractors. With little left to pay him, he's uninterested in finishing job. We've tried to resolve repeatedly but have had empty promises if he bothers to answer/reply. Due to C-19 we've been V patient but at end of tether now. Refurbishment of listed outbuildings in conservation area.
Henry was reliable and always turned up when promised. He was always in contact with us and we were kept informed. He worked hard to an excellent standard and tidied up afterwards.
