UFH & boiler service
Rob visited after I saw one of their vans on our road, and he was very responsive, carrying out a survey within a few days. Once the materials were in, his team visited and completed the maintenance work on our UFH system, ready for winter. Resolved a bathroom leak
Had a damp smell in bathroom for some weeks and I couldn't identify the source. Asked for help and Martin turned up within couple of hours. He identified the problem, explained in detail the resolution. It had been going for a long time so had soaked the floorboards and joists so suggested taking up flooring and removing the toilet to speed up the drying out process. Came back when drying was complete, restored everything including resetting the cistern so the problem won't recur. Also arranged replacement of other damaged waste pipers. Excellent service. New radiators downstairs and downstairs cloakroom
