Bathroom
Kenny came round to give a quote on a wet room installation. He gave an honest appraisal and feedback, rather than just accepting the job and taking my money. Our idea was not right, and Kenny explained the flaws and also gave valuable recommendations. Very honest guy. Highly recommend.

Underfloor heat pump problem diagnosed, pump sourced and replaced.
Kenny seemed to know exactly what he was doing, checked out the system carefully (giving me all sorts of useful advice), found a suitable replacement for my un-orderable pump, fitted it quickly and now it's working fantastically well. Couldn't ask for better.

Air in boiler system
Very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Went out of his way to get to me to fix my boiler on the same day as my call. Would 100% recommend!

Changed stop cock, sorted water pressure
Kenny had amazing patience with my old dad, dad had a stroke 2 years ago and is still staunchly independent but cannot vocalise which frustrates him. This may of been a small job to some but to my dad it was huge and he was very stressed. Ken arrived, when he said he would at initial call-out, sorted the problem temporarily so that dad had water then came back, when he said he would, to carry out more work. Dad was so happy, thank you so much Kenny.

Heating downstairs was not working. I was given Kenny’ s number from a colleague who recommended, which I’m extremely grateful for as the heating is now working perfectly as it should be Kenny advised me the pump was not working properly the circulation poor condition advised power flushing the system which he did and also changed the pump.
The work was carried out how it should have been as everything is now working perfectly, had no problems since.

Fixed my boiler
I have used Kenny twice to fix my boiler, as he was recommended by a work colleague. I would highly recommend his work and knowledge, both as a heating engineer and electrician (and you need to be both to do the job well). On both occasions Kenny has been prepared to come over in the evening and has stayed late to finish the job, or been back the following day. He was reliable, trustworthy and fair in terms of his pricing. I would highly recommend him.
