Excellent gutter clean and moss removal work
I found Willingtons by searching Checkatrade and looking at the reviews. I contacted Willingtons about gutter cleaning and roof moss removal for my mum’s house. The communication from Graeme was excellent. He visited to look at the house and promptly sent a detailed quote which was competitive. The work was booked in a couple of weeks later and performed to a very high standard. My mum is very pleased with the work completed. Graeme came by appointment, and quickly identified the problem areas. The recent exceptionally heavy rainfall had demonstrated our need for major repairs. Jamie came, and was very pleasant and efficient with his work, and did a very good job, as I had expected. Excellent local company
Excellent company, efficient, reliable and good value. Only slight issue is that communication can be a tad disjointed. Two occasions that I emailed to update but received no response. Thanks for the honest review Nick and a bit of a shame for the 6/10 on communication. We didn’t receive any email saying you were away for our proposed date so once we realised, we aborted the job to rearrange at our own lost time. When we received the second email, we called the landline but got no answer so highlights we should just stick to email in future. Glad we still produce ex the goods and a valuable lesson learned for us to ensure we contact prior to the day of works to ensure all ok
