We have used Paul's company for over 5 years since he did a major upgrade of the heating system of our house. He has carried out routine servicing and maintenance work and has always been very responsive, sometimes at short notice, to fix anything arising between services, both with the hot water and heating system and with general plumbing issues. Recently this included a replacement kitchen tap and replacing a faulty hot water tank thermostat which failed without warning. Service was as professional, reliable and prompt as ever.

Paul installed my boiler 7 years ago and Willis Heating service it annually. Why would I choose an alternative firm when I already have an amazing service from brilliant engineers? A recent visit involved the removal of radiators which was easy and fuss free. Installation will, no doubt, meet that high standard.

Easy to set up appointment, quick response to my request and offered a date within a reasonable time frame. Engineer turned up on time, talked me through what was going to happen and gave me advice on maintenance that will be required at my next service. Overall great service.

My kitchen taps needed changing. Very friendly plumber arrived on the dot of appointment with a choice of taps. Did the job and tidied up !

Excellent service throughout the whole process. Have used this company each year.
