Our shower wasn’t working and Steve made a great job installing a new one. I liked that he checked the old one first to make sure it couldn’t be fixed. We have had a leak from the shower for the last 8 months courtesy of a Wickes bathroom installation. Steve found the problem within a few minutes and gave me answers that Wickes hadn’t found in all that time! Steve was really helpful, friendly and I would have him back without hesitation. Steve replaced a worn out mixer tax for us. He was easy to contact, prompt and got to work straight away and left no mess. There was a problem caused by a deficient part but he persevered and resolved it. He is very approachable and conscientous.
