Arrived fitted new electric shower as requested. Told me exactly what he was doing, was there for a couple of hours and job done. No additional fees paid what was quoted

Must admit very impressed with the work we had done-Sean (who did our work on our bathroom and downstairs toilet) was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. He even worked all day on one of the hottest days of the year! Also he cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Would be very happy to use Willow Services again. Many thanks.

I posted a review around 8 weeks ago in the belief I would have been treated professionally by this company. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. After numerous messages and promises I still haven't received my boiler service report and receipt for my payments. Completely ignored, and James are just the type who is talking and promising and unfortunately trying to promote himself as a very professional trades man. This is NOT the case. Empty talk, ignorance and unprofessional is a more suitable description

From first communication to completion of the work, James was helpful, clear with what work needed to be done and completed the job when he said he would. I highly recommend.
