The team did a fantastic job installing our air conditioning system. The project turned out to be quite complex due to the layout of the property and some external challenges — including a less-than-easy neighbour situation — but they handled everything with great professionalism and care. The workmanship is excellent, the system runs perfectly, and the team kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate their patience, expertise, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I used Wilsair to install 4 air-con units with the relevant outdoor unit in my 3 bedroom terraced house in South London. The work was installed impecibly and professionally. Given the house is incredibly old the job required smart thinking and solutions for pipes. Wilsair took great care to install the work so the pipes are as out of the way as they can possibly be. We're so happy with the whole set up and it really saved us over this last summer. I couldn't recommend them any stronger.

I had a great experience with Wilsair. During the initial visit Tom listened to and understood my needs, coming up with a good solution on how we could run the pipes/cables to be as hidden as possible. Both Tom and Dan attended the installation and did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly and they left the rooms clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to get AC.

Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive, and was very quick to come out for both the first appointment and every follow up since. 5-star service from a self-owned small AirCon business. Tom has installed AC (units for cooling and heating) in several rooms of the house over time and services them. His work has been faultless from start to finish. He is personable, professional, punctual and trustworthy. He explained or broke down aspects of the quote and work clearly. Installation showed attention to detail and he leaves no trace of his presence other than the functional unit. He provides excellent follow-up care. We have recommended, and will continue to recommend him widely.
