  I contacted Wilson’s to complete a Structural Survey as I was worried about some internal cracking. Very straightforward communication and clear pricing to set up the appointment. Joe visited my home he completed a thorough survey and provided me with a very helpful verbal explanation on the day followed by a comprehensive reort emailed within 3 days. Setting out clear recommendations. I have no hesitation recommending Wilson’s.

  Prompt and helpful structural survey

  We found Wilson Architectural Engineering super prompt in responding and organizing a structural survey of the cracks around our bay window. Chris was very helpful in discussing his findings and advising of next steps. His written report arrived in under two days. The survey was very competitively priced.   Check for substance

  The survey was done in good time, they were on time, communication was brilliant via phone/emails, after speaking to the structural engineer once on site was a very reassure of what needs to be done, with a full explanation in a report which is emailed back to us for the works to be done/completed with advice would really recommend this company , worth the money.

  Clear, concise and thoroughly professional

  After searching for a surveyor, we settled on Wilson. The scope of works submitted to Wilson was details and the replied quote with confirmation of scope was very clear and precise. After a couple of weeks, the survey date came up and the surveyor was very thorough, asking for specific history and relevant details that were needed for the survey. The resultant report was extremely thorough and confirmed all the information we knew about the standard of the property. The report was very clear, concise and made detailed reference to the scope of works and what was suggested as the next steps.
