I found it very easy to contact Wilsons Chimney Specialists through Check a Trade. Steve has been to the house today and has done a really efficient job of clearing the debris in the chimney and clearing everything very thoroughly. Extremely pleased. I am very happy that he can return soon to work on preventing further debris - and birds - from falling into the chimney. I highly recommend this company and the friendly and helpful approach.

Excellent Customer Service. Due to inclimate weather, they came earlier than originally planned. Very clean tidy workers. Very professional and friendly people. They did a great job and I would recommend this company.

Called Wilson’s. Explained I was getting debris falling down the chimney. They said it was likely a bird. Called out next morning swept the chimney and removed a pigeon which they were able to release safely.They also fitted me some caps on the chimney pots, so no more pigeons. Excellent service. I was really disappointed. I didn't get the names of the two people who came. | understand that my chimney may have been a tricky one, but they managed to fill most of my house with soot. They opened the front door and the window in the dining room (middle room in a terrace), they closed the kitchen door but no other doors. When they started sweeping my dining room and the hall filled with soot setting off my smoke alarm repeatedly. The soot was in the air settling everywhere. It has been a lot of cleaning all of which could have been avoided by just sealing off the doorway into the hall.

Steve was friendly, proffessional and reliable. Came out at short notice. Great sense of humour.(very important) excellent job. Cleaned up amazingly. I won't go anywhere else now. I highly recommend. Thanx Steve.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly and explained what needed to be done. Completed work with a mínímum of mess and secured our chimney pots.
