Great work, fair price, very knowledgable
Alec was a real professional. He helped us weigh up the options for the correct unit and recommended something that worked for our budget and the space. He was really polite, professional and a nice guy to have a chat with. The install itself was very clean and accurate. He left no mess behind at all and did all the work in over 30 degrees. Would absolutely recommend for any heating / cooling work.

Very competitive, very knowledgable, very professional.
Wiltshire Renewables Ltd replaced an ageing domestic air source heat pump with a modern machine. The quote was highly competitive, comprehensive and clearly defined. With great patience Alec Price took the time to explain the system and set it up to be in balance with the house and the users' needs. Alec Price is highly professional with a reassuringly deep and wide understanding of his subject. It was a pleasure to do business with him and we now have a better set up than before at a price that his competitors couldn't touch.

Heatpump and full system overhall
Our house previously had electric storage heaters, and we decided it was time to upgrade. With no gas mains to the house, we opted for a heatpump. Alec was quick to conduct a survey, including a full design for the house as we needed a new hot water tank, radiators and all of the piping - pretty much a full refurb. Once we accepted the quote, the dates were set pretty quickly and most of the work was done while we were on holiday. Things took a bit longer than planned due to a few issues with our house, but Alec managed to work around everything and kept us updated throughout

Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Installation

Leaking immersion tank outlet pipe due to depressurising and build up.
Alec was quick to respond and communicate. Very friendly, considerate and talked through the issue to achieve most efficient solution. Very much appreciated! Definitely will use again, when required!
