Rude, aggressive, I am disabled and a retired plumber, on delivery of the windows he turned up and called me. Because I took time to answer the door he banged and kicked the door and windows so hard it was scary. When I opened the door he was so rude and aggressive. I said to him that if you work in my house you cant behave like that and will have to show me some respect. He then swore and left and hasn't returned or given my £2000 deposit back. My builders could not continue without windows, He has refused to fit within my timescale. And wants another £2000 to deliver windows, court is next.

This review is not truthful, if this was how I conducted myself then I wouldn't have as many positive reviews as I do, customer satisfaction is alwasy what I am for. Please feel free to call me so you can get a understanding of my true character. I have been in the glass industry for 35 years I did not kick the door why would I do this? had I of banged the glass as hard as the consumer is claiming then it would have broken. The deposit paid was to purchase materials which he is liable for. We will pursue this in court for the remanding cost of the goods.
