  Colin was really helpful. From when I called, organising when he could come really quickly. And when he came he was really clear about what he needed to do and approximate cost, being clear it would depend on what he uncovered. Colin quickly worked out the issues and uncovered and solved some of the others we were having. In a few hours the window was back and in full working order. He also gave us clear guidance on how to keep bathroom windows working for as long as possible (as well as windows generally). Really professional and courteous, will be using again for any future window issues.

  Colin was very good. He turned up when he said he would and rang us in advance to let us know he would be there shortly. The window was difficult to access and work on, but he was able to locate the problem with the locking mechanism and rectify it. He was a very tidy & friendly workman and easy to deal with. The price he charged was very reasonable and we were very happy to have the window back in action again.

  I chose Colin after reading reviews in checkatrade and I'm glad I did. He turned up at the agreed time and solved my problem. He explained the issue and the way to resolve it. He took his time to make sure the problem was completely resolved. The cost was great in my opinion for the amount of time and effort Colin put in. Would definitely use Colin again if I have anymore door or window issues.

  Colin was very prompt in coming out to me and even texted to let me know what time he would be arriving. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in his profession and a lovely friendly chap who takes time to offer help and advice in how to look after the locking system. Very reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend him and I will be using him again
