We needed a bifold door replaced. Booking in for an assessment was quick and the quote that followed was prompt and fair. Chris the engineer who quoted came out to install the replacement. He was friendly, very professional and respectful. He took care not to leave a mess.

Contacted Window Fix Direct on Wednesday to help with a smashed window. They arrived within a couple of hours to quote and installed replacement by Friday morning. Great service, friendly staff and no upselling.
