Fix of broken window lock, in double glazed window unit.
I called up & explained the problem with my window. Was given a probable reason for the fault over the phone, an estimate of the cost & arranged an appointment. Fitter was running a few minutes late, so he messaged me to inform me of his new expected arrival. Fault was as he'd suggested, he replaced the locking mechanism. Pricing was as estimated.
